Much of Rotary's success is attributed to meeting attendance.  Attendance promotes knowledge, participation, and the effectiveness of Rotary's humanitarian programs.  Clubs are challenged to average at least 60 percent attendance.

Article 8, Section 1, Number 7 of the Standard Rotary Club Constitution defines specific requirements for online make-ups. "If, within fourteen (14) days before or after the regular time" of a Club meeting you are seeking to make-up, you "participate through a club website in an interactive activity requiring an average of 30 minutes of participation" a make-up will be granted and a coupon will be emailed to you for presentation to our Club's Secretary-Treasurer.

Please honor this "30-minute rule" when completing your make-up!
  1. Read any one of the articles in the "News" section of the Rotary International Web site. (Hint:  Open the "News" in a new window so that you can refer to that information to fill out the Make-Up Request Form.)
  2. Complete ALL the fields in the OPTION 2 Make-Up Request Form, answering all questions completely.
  3. Upon receiving your make-up form, an automated response will be sent to you via e-mail. Within 7 days, we will post your response to our online discussion forum. PLEASE NOTE: By completing an online make-up with us, you agree to have your name and Club name appear on our discussion forum.
  4. A donation is optional, but will be accepted via a check, credit card, or a PayPal account.
If your response is incomplete, or you supply an invalid e-mail address, you WILL NOT receive a make-up coupon!
